Dr. Nancy Juneja is one such changemaker who dedicated her career to shaping a world where education, mentorship and entrepreneurship work together to create meaningful and lasting opportunities.
Recognised as a rising educationist and an architect of impact, Dr. Nancy has steadily built a global presence through her initiatives that focus on life skills, leadership, and innovation. As an edupreneur and the Global Chairperson of MENTORx, she has successfully created an ecosystem that connects educators, mentors, entrepreneurs, and students across continents. Through her work, thousands of young people are finding the guidance and skills needed to carve their paths.
Dr. Nancy is the Mentor of Change with AIM, NITI AAYOG, Government of India; Business mentor and peak performance coach with Business Blaster, Govt of NCT of Delhi; Lead Mentor of Women Entrepreneurship Platform (WEP), Govt of India; Vice President of the National Child and Women Development Council; and 6x TEDx speaker, TEDx mentor, and curator. Additionally, she serves as the Director General of LUCR8 Ventures, a global consortium of venture capitalists committed to hand-holding startups through mentorship, capital access, networking, international market linkages and scaling promising startups across markets.
Challenges in her way
Dr. Nancy overcame significant hurdles in education and entrepreneurship as a woman, be it breaking into male-dominated roles, balancing multiple roles or securing funds. She stayed resilient & determined, and focused on her vision.
As Dr. Nancy explains, “As a woman in the mentoring industry globally, I’ve faced my share of biases and stereotypes, but I’ve used them as fuel to push harder and prove myself. I’ve also prioritised self-care and mindfulness to maintain my energy and clarity.”

At RevUp Life Skills and MENTORx, Dr. Nancy bridges the gap between education and employability with purpose-driven learning. “Our USP is empowering individuals with purpose-driven learning, bridging the gap between education and employability. We focus on holistic development, equipping youth with life skills, leadership, and entrepreneurship capabilities,” she mentions.
Key strategies include impact-driven storytelling through success tales, TEDx talks by Dr. Nancy, collaborations with educational institutions, governments, and corporates, and online mentoring platforms.
MENTORx has made quite an impressive image at the global level. It has partnered with institutions in over 65 countries for entrepreneurship and educational development. The platform has honoured over 1,000 educators worldwide with the Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan International Awards to recognise their contribution to society.
While commenting on the company’s mission, Dr. Nancy shares, “We aim to empower individuals with the skills, knowledge, and mindset needed to succeed in today’s fast-paced world. We’re driven by a passion to bridge the gap between education and employability, fostering entrepreneurship, and creating opportunities for growth.”

Her message for budding entrepreneurs
Dr Nancy advises emerging women entrepreneurs to believe in themselves and trust their vision and capabilities. She encourages them to take calculated risks and not allow fear to limit what they want. Building a strong support network, she believes, is equally important, as surrounding oneself with like-minded women and mentors can provide guidance and encouragement along the journey.
Challenges, she says, are inevitable, but perseverance is the key to overcoming them. At the same time, she urges entrepreneurs to remain curious, keep learning, and adapt to changes. Most importantly, she reminds women that their unique perspective is the real strength they carry with themselves. As she puts it, “Empowered women empower women.”
