LetsTransport, launched in 2015, is a tech-logistics solution provider for intra-state freight deliveries. It was founded by IIT Kharagpur alumni Pushkar Singh, Ankit Parasher, and Sudarshan Ravi. The company aggregates light commercial vehicles for urban logistics and has onboarded 100,000+ truckers on its platform across 20+ cities in less than 6 years. It works across many different industries like organized retail, ecommerce, distribution, and third-party logistics companies. Some of its prominent clients include Amazon, Coca-Cola, Vishal Mega Mart, Bisleri, Future Supply Chain, and Udaan. It provides many value-added services like screened drivers, status updates, point-to-point billing, audited and GPS enabled vehicles, 24×7 service, and greater reliability and efficiency. At present, the company is catering to the urban logistics operations of 17 cities (Bangalore, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Chennai, Delhi NCR, Vijayawada, Lucknow, Kochi, Jaipur, Indore, and others) in India.
LetsTransport provides a marketplace for truckers and enterprises with logistical needs. It helps in tracking and monitoring trucks to ensure on-time delivery for their partners. Its application allows customers to access their drivers directly. The idea came into the founders’ minds after observing logistics managers struggle to ship products out of the factory on time.
ABOUT THE FOUNDERS
Pushkar Singh is the Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of the company. His direct confrontation with inefficiencies in the logistics industry, during his ITC venture, led to the creation of one of the biggest regional logistics players in the country, LetsTransport. Under his leadership, the company has been able to achieve goals and create employment scalability for truckers in India.
Sudarshan Ravi, the CPO, and Co-Founder of the company has been instrumental in building the team and creating the new-age product portfolio of the company to cater to some of the biggest enterprises in India.
Ankit Parashar is also among the founders of the company. He is responsible for advancing his technical vision to grow and champion the engineering culture in LetsTransport.

CHALLENGES FACED BY THE COMPANY
During the outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic, the logistics industry slowed down and so was LetsTransport. There was a lot of uncertainty at that time but the government gradually started making its policies clear to the industries. In the initial week of lockdown, only essential and necessity goods were allowed to be delivered but fortunately, from June onwards industries restarted their operations, and movements started happening better than before. Despite of Covid-19 challenges, LetsTransport also faced challenges but recovered gradually. It looks forward to implementing technology into every aspect of the business and operations.
FUTURE PLANS OF THE COMPANY
The company is planning to expand its presence in pan-India. It looks forward to investing heavily in technology enhancement, and diversification in electric vehicles. Due to increased demand, it is constantly upgrading itself with new technologies like Electric Vehicles, and the implementation of tech-enabled modules for trucks onboarding without any human intervention.
LetsTransport has become one of the topmost market leaders in the enterprise segment and the first movers to identify and empathize with the underserved urban trucker community. It is playing a huge role in making this community a part of the mainstream economy. While they operate only in India now but the plans are also to operate internationally as well.
