FOUNDATION OF THE COMPANY
Gaurav Singla, the current Co-founder and CTO of the company used to work in Ironway where he met Ankit Kaushik, the Co-founder, and COO of Pickrr. Rhitiman Majumder, Co-founder, and CEO also used to be a manager in Ironway. After leaving Ironway, Gaurav and Ankit founded a company dealing with hiring but they sold the idea and came to Delhi where they met Rhitiman and decided to start Pickrr as a pick-pack delivery service. Initially, Pickrr existed as a hyperlocal delivery model but the focus was later shifted towards sellers- SME and MSMEs. After that, Pickrr never looked back and is constantly growing at a fast pace.
Ankit handles the operations and logistics part, Rithiman looks towards business, sales, and finance part while Gaurav focuses on the product part. The company’s operation mainly started in Delhi, Gurgaon, and Noida, and then it expanded to Jaipur, Bangalore, and Mumbai. The company is planning to grow more in the coming years.

CHALLENGES FACED BY THE COMPANY
Pickrr faced a lot of challenges in the initial phases. When it was launched, in one to two months, it partnered with 1mg, India’s one of the largest pharmacy networks. Pickrr did not have a license for distributing medicines and it was realized after delivering 10,000 packets. So, it faced a lot of problems and even ended up losing money because of unawareness. But Pickrr somehow managed to overcome each challenge it faced and now is becoming one of the most successful logistics companies in India.
VISION OF THE COMPANY
The future plan of Pickrr is to get into warehousing, product sales, from B2B to B2C, and international shipments. The future of the company looks promising as the company is dependent on utilizing the economies of scale and believes in replicating and learning to the fullest.
