The E-Summit’23, organised by E-Cell SGSITS on April 15 and 16, was a true testament to the entrepreneurial spirit that has taken over India in recent years.
The E-Summit featured an array of activities, including workshops on the 1st and 2nd of April focused on industry-demanded skills by Mr. Akshat Bharani, Founder of 10XDigital on SEO essentials, and by Mr Maneish Kumar Sinha, Founder of The Chartistt on Trade Vault. It also had panel discussions, Ideascape, Get Funded, and other exciting subevents.
April 16th: Event Commencement
The event brought together students, industry leaders, investors, and aspiring entrepreneurs. The event commenced on 15th April with the launch of the first edition of the business magazine “Win It All” by E-Cell, SGSITS. The Alumni Panel discussion had an impressive lineup of panellists and speakers including Ms. Soumya Upadhyay, Founding Director at Eternal Infraheights Pvt.Ltd, Mr. Kamlesh Nagware, CTO at Snapper Future Tech, Mr. Amit Thacker, Director at Arcilla Multiventures, Mr. Sumit Maru, Co-Founder at Logikview Pvt Ltd, and Mr. Dinesh Gupta, Chief Consulting Officer at 4E Energy solutions.
Ideascape, which enabled young minds and early-stage startups a platform to present their ideas had 10 startups in the final round with Mr. Shivankur Gupta, Founder TractorGyan, Mr. Atul Jain, renowned alumni of SGSITS, Dr. Pradeep Chande, Ex-director of SGSITS and founder of CS9, Mr.Pramod Kumar Jain, MD Cogent Technocom Service as jury for the event. The day concluded with an insightful speaker session by the Co-Founder of Catalyser, Mr. Sumeet Garg. The talks were highly inspiring, and they shared valuable insights and knowledge that entrepreneurs could apply to their own ventures. They also gave the attendees the necessary motivation to pursue their entrepreneurial dreams.
April 16th: Get Funded
The following day, 16th April, included the events- Get Funded, a funding event with Mr. Pradeep Karambelkar, Founder Visionbiz Opportunity Network, Mr. Pramod Kumar Jain, MD Cogent Technocom Service, Ms. Farheen Rangwala, AVP, IVY League Ventures Pvt. Ltd., Mr. Jay Jain, Co-Founder Astute Group, Mr. Naveen Khandelwal, senior partner at Khandelwal and co., Mr. Sapan Shah, Proprietor at Shah Marketing, Raju Chouksey, esteemed alumni of SGSITS, Mr. Aditya Chokhra, Chartered Accountant at ACNJ & Co., Mr. Chandrashekhar Bobra, Independent Director Swastika Investmart Limited and Mr. Rohan Bhojwani, Investment Banker at Swastika Investmart Limited.
The 8 startups from PAN INDIA made it to the final pitching round. The event ended with the fun-filled event IPL auction which had 10 teams in the final auction round.
The networking opportunities provided participants with ample time to interact and connect with fellow entrepreneurs, investors, and industry professionals, creating opportunities for collaboration and growth.
