For Shubhnit Hans, law wasn’t about continuing a legacy; it was about creating one. Born and raised in Karnal, Haryana, Shubhnit Hans forged his own path as the first lawyer in his family, driven by a strong commitment to serve his community. His journey into law began in 2010 while preparing for his 12th board exams, sparked by a cousin’s suggestion to explore the law field. This casual advice quickly turned into ambition, leading Shubhnit to Amity University, Noida, where he studied law and found a calling he was eager to follow.
“Being a first-generation lawyer and building a firm from scratch was one of the biggest challenges,” Shubhnit reflects on the early days of the firm. “Trust is a huge factor, and building that trust with new clients took time. However, once we got past that initial hurdle, we gained a strong reputation through our results. We’ve always delivered on our promises, which helped us grow organically. Today, we thrive on these challenges—they push us to work harder and continuously improve.”

Our goal is to extend our reach across India and internationally, as we already have clients from abroad. Expansion is definitely on the horizon for HLA,” shares Shubhnit.
