The G-20 events will begin in New Delhi on March 1, 2023, in which a meeting of the G-20 foreign minister will take place. Along with these, India will also host over 200 meetings focusing on global economic growth and prosperity.

The Agenda For G20 Summit 2023
Addressing the various global issues, the agenda of India for the G20 Summit 2023 will be climate change, terrorism and pandemic. PM Modi in his recent speeches emphasised the importance of global unity and also mentioned that the global community needs to work together to eliminate these issues.
India will also bring the attention of the world to other significant issues such as food security, inflation, cyber security threats, fiscal tightening and upcoming recession. The G20 Summit will also witness various sessions of the T-20 Summit, Think Tank Summit, Y-20 Youth Summit and W-20 Women Summit to bring the world’s focus on different issues around the world.
G20 Summit: A Golden Opportunity For India
Experts believe that it is indeed a golden geopolitical opportunity for India to showcase its leadership powers to the world. It is also the chance for the country to demonstrate its tech-savvy and reliable economic role that will change the whole perspective of the world towards India. India has never hosted any G20 Summit before so it will be huge for the country. Through the G20 Summit, India not only will get the chance to establish itself as a global leader but also to revamp the entire New Delhi and its infrastructure.
Since the Summit is happening in the capital city, it will be necessary for Delhi to emerge as a clean and beautiful city. The Central and State Government has been working together to revamp the look of New Delhi. The authorities have undertaken several initiatives such as improving the road stretch of Indira Gandhi International Airport to Central Delhi.
