Deepali Chauhan (Founder & Managing Partner, KV Associates)

She is a lawyer by profession and before founding KV Associates, she worked as an in-house counsel with large MNCs, with over a decade of diverse legal experience added to her expertise.
The firm’s litigation partners consist of highly experienced senior lawyers who specialise in diverse areas, including litigation, dispute resolution, mediation, arbitration, insolvency and bankruptcy matters, banking and financial institutions laws, corporate investigations, dispute settlement, white-collar crimes, cyber security, and employment-related disputes and litigation, and more. The Inception Tale
With over a decade of experience working as a legal counsel for large corporations and being the first lawyer in her family, Deepali wanted to establish her firm. Therefore, in October 2020, she embarked on this remarkable journey of building KV Associates. It came with its fair share of challenges. She took the leap of leaving a lucrative job behind and started from scratch, aiming to make a significant impact as a disruptor in the legal industry.
Initially, she worked as a freelancer for a few months before formally establishing KV Associates as a sole proprietorship firm. However, Deepali soon realised that having a firm as a registered entity carries greater credibility, especially in international business. As a result, in September 2022, KV Associates was registered as an LLP.
“Within two and a half years, the firm has grown impressively. All the clients we acquired from the very beginning have been retained, showcasing our commitment and ability to deliver exceptional expertise,” mentions Deepali with pride.
