Diligent, committed, and ardent, Khyati Udeshi Naigandhi, Founder & CEO, TenaSHEous translated her dream into the reality of her life as she leads one of the dignifying businesswomen. She is a passionate Recruiter with almost 16 years of experience- the combination of both consulting & corporate.
The proud entrepreneur and mother of a toddler, Khyati is a dynamic figure. No wonder she has achieved credibility in the industry and enjoys excellent rapport. She started her career with GoAir in their HR team, worked in a recruitment consulting firm for 9 years, worked with Inox Leisure Limited for a short stint, and then she leapt for entrepreneurship joining her family business J. Udeshi & Co. before starting her dream company-TenaSHEous.
JOURNEY OF BECOMING AN ENTREPRENEUR
In the early days of her career, Khyati used to dedicate more than 10 hours to her work and always had this zeal to achieve great heights in her career; even if it required her to work late evenings or on weekends. In fact, even on her delivery bed, she continued working. But post the delivery of her beautiful daughter, things changed for her.
She was still very much passionate about work but a woman’s priorities change automatically once she becomes a mother. More than a recruiter and an employee, she had become a Mother and for every Mother, her child comes first. But that doesn’t mean you lose your spark!
Practically, it had become too difficult to manage both at the same time. She started craving for a workplace that gives that flexibility for many women like her so that they could handle both their personal and professional lives well.
That’s when she sent a silent prayer to the Lord to give her strength to create such a platform for other women who have to face similar obstacles. And here she is, creating her own story with TenaSHEous!
