With years of experience and deep expertise in the field of Standardisation, Management System Audits, Certifications and Accreditation, she established the Centre of Assessments for Excellence (COAE International).
Her ingrained interest in the education sector motivated her to raise the standards of educational institutions through a research-driven methodology and approach. Arti iterates, “A unique, innovative and result-oriented approach that is based on a growth mindset, can work wonders for any business”. With a firm belief that the quality education system can define the narrative of the country’s future, she is also authoring a book ‘Management Systems in Education’. Her papers on benchmarking in educational assessments, quality assurance frameworks for the education sector have been published in international journals.
After completing her post-graduation in Economics, Arti pursued Education Management and Business Management. She polished her entrepreneurial skills during the Goldman Sachs 10K program for women entrepreneurs at IIM Bangalore. She is associated with many renowned organisations and national & international committees as a registered expert in the areas of service excellence, higher education, skill development, school education and industry-academia collaborative services.
In her prodigious professional journey, she has played a crucial role in supporting the key policymakers of several educational organisations and other service sector companies across the globe. These institutions include some renowned names such as The Reserve Bank of India, CBSE, BITS-Pilani, Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan Group, Ministry of Water Resources, Delhi University, Panjab University, Bureau of Police Research and Development, IIT-Delhi, and many others. With her knowledge, experience and deep insights in the field of standardization, Arti has contributed in the development of the Accreditation standards for NABET and CBSE and has trained more than 10,000 educational leaders from 20 countries.
Her auditing skills in the areas of quality, educational management, business continuity management, six sigma and risk management have helped many businesses in their growth. With an aim to enhance productivity, profitability and performance, she helps them in achieving excellence.

With the mission to bring transformation in the management systems for the education sector, Arti incorporated the Centre of Assessments for Excellence (COAE International) in 2016. It is an accredited assessments and certification body which aims to help organisations and their people in successfully achieving positive results. The organisation is ISO 17021:2015 accredited by The National Accreditation Board for Certification Bodies, Quality Council of India (NABCB-QCI).
