Ever walked into a home and felt like it just got you? That’s the kind of magic Ferroart Interiors creates—spaces that speak, breathe, and feel alive. Ferroart doesn’t just throw in a fancy lamp or a textured wall and call it design. It dives deep into who you are and builds around your vibe.
Whether it’s Anandvan, a giant villa located in Old Subedar Layout, Nagpur, or a cosy apartment in the city’s heart, each project speaks of how brilliantly Ferroart has done precise planning and turnkey execution. What remains consistent is that Ferroart listens. The team first understands how you start your mornings, where you sip your coffee, and how you like your space to feel after a long day. They ask questions that revolve not just around colours and furniture, but about habits, moods, and memories. That’s how Ferroart makes every square foot feel like you.
Inside Anandvan: A Four-Bedroom villa
One of the iconic creation of Ferroart Interiors, Anandvan is a beautiful four-bedroom villa built on a 3,600 sq. ft. plot, spread across four levels (Ground + 3), and covers 11,000 sq. ft. of thoughtfully designed living space. From the moment you step inside the villa, it welcomes you with utter calmness.
Ground Floor: Calm Beginnings
The ground floor has a parking space, a small sit-out area, and even a lotus pond that adds a touch of serenity. It also has a corner seat that gives a perfect spot to relax, read, or enjoy a quiet cup of tea.
First Floor: Heart of the Home
The first floor is where the main living area begins. It includes a formal living room, a relaxed lounge, a kitchen and dining area, and a beautiful temple placed right in the centre. The parents’ bedroom is calm and easy to move around with a walk-in wardrobe for added comfort and privacy.
Second Floor: Personality and Comfort
The second floor is where the family enjoys their private time. There’s a cosy family lounge that opens to a balcony full of green views. It has three bedrooms, and each is designed with its own personality and style. The son’s room has a bold, rustic look with exposed brick walls and rich, textured furnishings. The guest room is simple and elegant. The most special master bedroom has a dreamy canopy bed with soft curtains and furniture in deep wine tones.
Top Floor: Wellness and Relaxation
On the top level, there’s a professionally equipped gym and a lovely spa room with a Jacuzzi, something you don’t often see in homes. This space is meant to refresh and relax. The terrace here is like a little escape, with greenery, a gazebo to sit under, and a calming water fountain. It’s the perfect place for evening chats, family dinners, or simply watching the stars.
Every floor in Anandvan has been carefully designed to match the family’s lifestyle and dreams. It combines comfort, beauty, and a personal touch in every space. Whether it’s a quiet corner or a party spot, every part of the house feels just right.
A Dream Delivered Ahead of Time
While sharing the experience of working on the Anandvan project, Sagar Bhadbhade and Leena Bhadbhade mentioned, “When we embarked on the Anandvan project, we were offered a generous three-year timeline. However, we were confident we could achieve our goals much sooner. Our intention was to complete the work efficiently without ever compromising on quality. We believed that delivering ahead of schedule would not only delight our client but also reflect the dedication and effectiveness of our team,” they shared.
Thoughtful Execution Amidst Challenges
They went on to add, “Naturally, the journey wasn’t without its challenges. Coordinating a variety of materials, managing teams, and overseeing intricate design elements required precision. Simultaneously, we had to ensure seamless integration between on-site progress and production at our manufacturing facility.
It demanded meticulous planning, open communication, and a strong sense of collaboration. Ultimately, we were proud to deliver this exquisitely detailed villa in just 13 months—well ahead of schedule and exactly as we had all envisioned.”
A Modern Home With Indian Touches
A perfect example of understated elegance, this beautiful 2,600 sq. ft. four-bedroom apartment in Shivaji Nagar, Nagpur, was designed for a successful entrepreneur from the medical equipment industry. When he reached out to Ferroart Interiors, the building was still under construction. He had just two requests– the home should feel deeply Indian but not in a heavy or overly traditional way, and the entire process should be smooth and stress-free since he had a very busy schedule.
Designing With Culture and Purpose
The Founder explained, “From the outset, our vision was to blend contemporary design with graceful touches of Indian culture. We used textures, colours, materials, and spatial planning to create a narrative that felt both modern and grounded in tradition.
An interesting moment came when the client mentioned having a bedroom without a clear purpose. Rather than let it remain underutilized, we suggested converting it into a cozy TV lounge—a space full of personality and comfort.
Its flexible design allows for various future uses, adding both charm and lasting value to the home.”
Spaces That Adapt and Evolve
The client gave the Ferroart team full creative freedom with only one main request to design the home in a way that looks modern and clutter-free, but still carries a strong Indian cultural vibe.
Bringing Indian Aesthetics Into Modern Living
One smart design choice was turning one of the bedrooms into a TV room that also works as an extra lounge. To honour Indian tradition, a hand-painted Ram Darbar (a beautiful scene showing Lord Ram’s coronation) was added inside softly curved wall niches. It brings meaning and depth to the room, without making it feel too traditional.
Room-by-Room Elegance
The heart of the home, the kitchen and dining area, is placed right in the centre. The master bedroom speaks the language of quiet luxury. Full-height wardrobes blend into the walls, while a designated dressing area and study nook make everyday use feel effortless. A cosy balcony extends the room outdoors.
Personalised Expressions of Personality
The children’s bedroom is energetic and full of life. With pops of colour, built-in seating, and a private balcony, the room feels both fun and functional. It includes a dressing area and ample storage, thus making it a personalised and joyful space.
Seamless Execution with Smart Planning
The most expressive space in the apartment is the converted TV room. This room tells a story of creativity, comfort, and play. A jungle-themed hand-painted wall is the main highlight, showing calm and beautiful animals like peacocks and deer. The client, a passionate wildlife photographer, wanted nature to be part of his home’s story. We suggested incorporating gentle animals instead of fiercer ones like tigers, to reflect his calm personality and bring a sense of positivity to the space. One of the standout features is a cozy canopy-style seating area that adds a playful, inviting charm. With a balcony attached, the room is perfect for relaxing, enjoying a movie, or simply spending quiet time.
The Ferroart Approach to Project Management
“Unlike many large-scale projects, this apartment didn’t pose major challenges. The key task was to stay aligned with the builder’s construction timeline. Thanks to early planning and preparation, most of our designs were ready ahead of time. In fact, we often found ourselves waiting for structural completion before installing final elements. This forward-thinking approach ensured a smooth handover and a beautifully finished home, delivered without stress,” explained the duo.
At Ferroart Interiors, handling multiple projects simultaneously is part of the everyday workflow. The team follows a clear and organised process, making sure every small detail is written down and that everyone involved, be it agencies, vendors, or teams, stays in touch and on the same page. They visit the sites regularly to avoid confusion and keep the momentum going. What makes their work truly stand out is how well they plan everything in advance. From design choices to timelines, every step is carefully thought out early on. This helps them finish projects on time while still being creative and maintaining high quality.
Making the Final Reveal Magical
The most fulfilling part of the journey at Ferroart Interiors is seeing the client’s reaction when they step into their finished home for the first time. It’s often a moment full of surprise, happiness, and emotion. The team loves going beyond what was expected, so the final space usually feels even better than what the client had imagined. To make the handover memorable, a small ceremony is arranged. Sacred mantras fill the space, and as the clients enter, rose petals are gently showered from above to make them feel truly celebrated. A thoughtfully curated gift hamper follows, adding to the sense of occasion. These heartfelt gestures, along with timely delivery and a beautifully finished home, make the experience joyful for both the client and the team.
Evolving Vision: The Road Ahead
Ferroart Interiors is evolving every single day. One of the most exciting steps forward has been the creation of a sample farmhouse, spread across 3 acres of land. This rustic yet luxurious space gives visitors a real feel of how Ferroart brings farmhouse dreams to life.
International Inspirations, Local Sensibilities
Ferroart’s third director, recently back from Florence, is now working on a new farmhouse inspired by his experiences abroad. This project will mix the charm of Italy with the needs of Indian living and is expected to be ready within the next month. It marks a fresh direction in Ferroart’s style. Looking ahead, the team plans to focus more on luxury homes and farmhouses inspired by Italian aesthetics to bring international design sensibilities into local landscapes and raise the bar for lifestyle living in the years to come.
