Shraddha Sandeep Pingale has done it all in Construction and Engineering. Serving as the Jt. Managing Director of a leading consultancy and contracting company EConstruct Design & Build Pvt Ltd, Shraddha is responsible for Strategic Planning and Execution of Business Development, Marketing, and Business Operations. She is leading business growth and operations related initiatives consistent with the organization’s growth strategy.
Having pursued M.Tech in the Engineering field, Shraddha handles the overall operations of EConstruct especially Business Development quite effortlessly. In her words, “Business Development intrigues me. Each day is new, and I get the opportunity to explore new ideas.”

As it also encourages creative thinking from Shraddha’s associates, she looks forward to such meetings where cognitive unravelling happens.

Incepted in 2010, EConstruct Design and Build is an Engineering company based in Bangalore with three facets primarily- Engineering Consultancy, Civil Construction & Corporate Training.
Its excellent track record includes Residential Constructions like ultra-modern skyscrapers and villas, Commercial and Industrial Constructions like IT parks Office complexes, hotels, shopping malls and others, Road Constructions that entail earthwork and paving electrification, landscaping & widening, and Infrastructure Development like underground water tanks, landscape design, compound walls, etc.
Through corporate training, it has imparted training to thousands of students and is actively thinking and working towards a bigger curriculum.
It has successfully brought a revolution in the Civil Industry by launching ON-JOB learning programs through its Master Study courses. We often hear people asking “What career do you want to pursue when you grow up?”, however, as per Shraddha, “How do you choose to live your life?” should be the right question to ask.
When Shraddha found out that there is an evident lack of life necessary skills, she launched The Life Engineering Academy, which trains students all the basic life aspects and values they would require to live a successful life.
