Whenever you feel stressed, fill your plate with the food that makes you feel comfortable. However, you can also try some scientifically proven food products which can help you feel less frazzled.

Sleep is an investment in the energy we all need to be effective tomorrow. If you are feeling depressed, it’s because of a lack of sleep.
Sleep for at least 7-9 hours each night. If you aren’t able to sleep, lie down with your eyes closed and rest. You really need to understand that your body that works for the entire day, needs to rest and heal at night. Stay away from caffeine and alcohol late in the day as it disturbs the sleep pattern.
