1. EXPRESS SERVICES

Delhivery operates one of India’s largest express parcel transportation networks with fully integrated and self-owned pickup, mid-mile, and delivery operations. This entire network reaches 30 households every second across India. Its in-house transport management platform enables its clients to schedule pickups, track orders in real-time, manage returns and replacements with ease. Shipping services include On-demand Delivery, Same-day/Next-day Delivery, Time-defined/Slot-based Delivery, and Returns Management.

2. FULFILLMENT SERVICES

It includes a proprietary warehouse management that is integrated with all the major demand channels and courier partners. The system is designed to enable efficient multi-talent, multilocation warehousing allowing clients to quickly scale their operations across India. It operates over 67 fulfillment centers across India and has over 5 million sq ft of storage and processing space. Fulfillment services include Multi-channel B2C Order Fulfilment, Returns Management, B2B Order Fulfilment, Courier Selection and Management, and Category-specific Fulfilment (Furniture/White Goods).

3. FREIGHT FORWARDING

It includes partial truckload freight, freight procurement solutions, GST management, and full truckload freight to meet the customers’ freight requirements. All this is done through Optimus and Orion- simple freight booking and management interfaces of the company’s PTL and FTL freight exchanges.

4. CROSS BORDER SERVICES

Delhivery offers end-to-end logistics support through a network of global partners. Its capabilities include an integrated network of freight solutions coupled with tech-enabled tracking, an in-house regulatory team for proactive clearance support, and a dedicated customer servicing team. Cross-border services include Global B2C and B2B Shipping,  International Channel Integration, International Fulfilment Centers, Sea and Air Cargo Shipping, Air Express Shipping, and Cross-border Returns Management.

5. END-TO-END SUPPLY CHAIN SOLUTIONS

Delhivery offers custom solutions to cater to clients’ business requirements using its core warehousing, and transportation services, powered by its in-house technology products.
