MANUFACTURING CAPABILITIES

The company has 21 state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities in various areas like Himachal Pradesh, Sikkim, Rajasthan, and Paonta Sahib. Mankind Pharma has always invested in building modern manufacturing facilities to meet the growing demands of society. All its manufacturing facilities are designed as per the cGMP and FDA guidelines and approved by WHO-GMP.

Modern and Systematized Infrastructure

Its facilities have four change room concepts and segregated de-humidified areas for manufacturing moisture-sensitive products. For in-sterile facility core areas, stainless steel panels are used. All its facilities are set up with a water system with interlocking Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA), velocity monitoring, power backup, and online conductivity.

State-of-the-art Facilities

The company has developed separate centers for various dosage forms like tablets, hard and soft gelatin capsules, syrups & suspensions, orally disintegrating films, sachets, injectables, and creams & ointments. It manufactures high-quality Ayurveda and supplementary products along with Natural Rubber Latex Condoms, Nutraceuticals & Cosmetics.

Some of its well-known manufacturing units are:

Manufacturing Unit 1 in Paonta Sahib: Spread in a total area of 18000 sq. meters, this manufacturing unit produces Vials and Ampoules injectables. It can manufacture 15 million and 1.2 million Ampoules and Vials per month respectively.

Shree Jee Laboratory in Behror Rajasthan: Spread in a total area of 17680 sq. meters, it is built with adequate space and operational convenience. This site has an installed capacity of 115 KL.

J K Print Packs: This unit has two different manufacturing facilities. It is spread in a total area of 8160 sq, meters. One is for manufacturing printing items like mono cartons, corrugated boxes, and sheets. The second one is for manufacturing tablets/capsules/Dry Powder/Dry Syrup.

Manufacturing Unit – Sikkim: This unit manufactures extended release tablets/capsules, and bilayered tablets. Spread in a total area of 43,000 sq meters, it can manufacture 250 million tablets and 40 million hard gelatine capsules per month.
