Bananas are among the most famous fruits. They are extremely healthy and delicious. Bananas are a rich source of potassium that helps in maintaining blood pressure and heart function. Bananas are great for weight gain as well as weight loss. Bananas are rich in complex carbs, which can increase muscle glycogen stores, which help prevent muscle cramps. Bananas also provide a steady stream of glucose, which makes bananas perfect for fueling a workout. Bananas are rich in vitamin C, which keeps skin hydrated, heals damaged skin, and works as an anti-aging. Adding bananas to your daily diet also prevents hair loss.
When you’re trying to stay healthy, don’t skip your greens. Spinach is very rich in antioxidants, minerals, vitamins, and fiber. Spinach also promotes your overall eye health and protects your eyes from UV light. Some studies suggest spinach may help fight cancer cell growth.
Blueberries are known as a superfood. They are low in calories and high in nutrients like fiber, vitamin C, and vitamin K. They are also 85% water. A partial reason why we grow old is DNA damage, because blueberries are high in antioxidants, they can counterpoise some free radicals that damage your DNA.
