Kerala Naturals is situated in Kadanad, a small remote area in the Kottayam district of Kerala. Starting a business in such an area was not at all easy. There were many risks involved. The continuous and untiring efforts of Mathew Joseph and his team helped them overcome all the hurdles and hindrances. Kerala Naturals has recently opened a new branch in Bangalore to expand its business operations. “No matter how difficult the path gets, we grow through the process and become more resilient and confident,” stated Mathew.

Mathew believes in the success mantra of “Never Give Up”. He says, “Persistence is very important. You should not give up unless you are forced to give up. You shouldn’t do things differently just because they’re different. They need to be better. Pay attention to negative feedback as it incredibly helps in business improvement. Like the people you work with as it unleashes creativity, increases productivity, and improves efficiency.”
