She brings with her more than 24 years of experience which helps the company to emerge significantly in the industry.

Kusum follows the simple leadership philosophy of “leading the team from the front” while guiding the team. This helps the team in paving the way, following the proper SOP and working with a sense of urgency. She ventured into the business world in 2012 and since then she has been leading the company successfully as a passionate entrepreneur.
