Shilpi’s journey from the President of an NGO to Chief of Staff of a Cybersecurity company was quite challenging and required major transformation. But as it is often said Life throws challenges and every challenge comes with rainbows and lights to conquer it. Shilpi conquered every challenge and secured her invaluable place in the company.

Shilpi, in the organization, maintains relationships and manages people quite well. Removing the communication gap between departments and individuals is among her day-to-day operations. “Heading the HR division is my keen interest where knowing people and jelling up with the team makes ICSS what it is today,” asserts Shilpi.

Meet Abhishek Mitra, the Founder, and CEO of Indian Cyber Security Solutions, who in his early career in educational sales found the demand for cybersecurity in the near future to be inevitable. After completing the MBA in 2014, he started examining all possible business options to deliver the much-needed skill of cyber security which was lacking in India. Finding the right talent that can deliver cyber security knowledge was quite a challenging task.

As the pool of cyber warriors was getting ready by the educational wing, Abhishek explored the avenues of cyber security services where Vulnerability Assessment & Penetration Testing (VAPT) was the need of the hour for businesses wanting to test their IT infrastructure.

In 2016, the foundation of Indian Cyber Security Solutions was laid to provide pre-eminent cybersecurity solutions in India and the entire globe.

In 2019, the AI-based Cyber Security Tool SAVE (Secured AI-based Vulnerability Assessment tool for Enterprise) was launched to enable organizations with minimum technical knowledge to assess their security posture.

2020 became a breakthrough year when Margdarshak, an AI-based phishing website detection tool was launched to help someone understand that they are using a fraud website.
